自动化焊接设备的构成的几个重要点!

1、焊接电源,它的输出功率和焊接特性要跟拟用的焊接工艺方法匹配,还要装有与主控制器相连接的接口。

2、送丝机及其控制与调速系统,设备对送丝速度控制精度要求较高,所以送丝机的控制电路要进行测速反馈。

大体上的构成就是这些,别的要根据不同的设备进行查看。然后关于设备的分类,大体上可以分为刚性自动化设备、自适应控制自动化设备和智能化自动设备三类。
