1. Die steel

2. Carbon steel
Steel is welded by laser welding machine, and the welding quality depends on the impurity content. Compared with carbon steel, stainless steel has low thermal conductivity, high absorption and melting efficiency, and it is easier to obtain deep penetration welding. 5. Copper and copper alloys
The welding of copper and copper alloy is easy to cause penetration problems, so centralized high-power heat source and preheating measures should be adopted; When the thickness of the workpiece is thin or the structural stiffness is small, and there are no measures to prevent deformation, it is easy to produce large deformation after welding, but when the welded joint is subject to large rigid constraints, it is easy to produce welding stress; Copper and copper alloys are also prone to thermal cracks during welding. Porosity is one of the common defects in copper and copper alloy welding.
6. Aluminum and aluminum alloys
Aluminum and aluminum alloys are highly reflective materials. With the increase of temperature, the solubility of hydrogen in aluminum increases sharply. Dissolved hydrogen becomes the defect source of the weld. There are many pores in the weld, but there may be cavities at the root of deep penetration welding and poor weld formation.
