1. Plasma arc welding

2. Submerged arc welding
Submerged arc welding uses the welding wire with continuous wire feed as the electric ji and filler metal. When the welding machine is used for welding, a layer of granular flux is covered on the area, and the arc burns under the flux layer, melting the end of the welding wire and local base metal to form a weld. Under the action of arc heat, part of the flux melts into molten slag and reacts with liquid metal metallurgically. The molten slag floats on the surface of the metal molten pool. On the one hand, it can protect the weld metal and prevent air pollution, on the other hand, it can make the weld metal slowly cool
3. Tungsten ji gas shielded arc welding
This is a kind of non-molten ji gas shielded arc welding. It uses the arc between tungsten ji and the workpiece to melt the metal to form a weld. During the welding process, tungsten ji does not melt, but only acts as electric ji. At the same time, argon and helium are sent out from the nozzle of the welding torch of the special welding machine as the shielding gas, and additional metal can be filled according to the needs (our company has a professional wire feeder). Due to the good control of heat input, tungsten is a good method for continuous welding of sheet metal and backing welding. The welding current is in the form of pulse, so it is often used to weld the bottom layer of the pipe to achieve the purpose of single-sided welding and double-sided forming. This method can be used for the welding of almost all metals, especially for the welding of aluminum and magnesium which can form refractory oxides and active metals such as titanium and zirconium, This welding method has high weld quality, but its welding speed is slow compared with other electric arc welding methods.
4. Fused ji gas shielded welding
This welding method uses the burning arc between the continuously fed welding wire and the workpiece as the heat source, and the gas from the welding torch nozzle protects the arc for welding
The gases commonly used to melt ji gas include argon, helium, carbon dioxide, oxygen or a mixture of these gases. MIG welding is referred to as MIG welding when argon and helium are used as shielding gas, and MAG welding is referred to as MAG welding when active gas (carbon dioxide, oxygen) or active gas and inert gas mixture are used as shielding gas
The main advantage of fusion ji gas shielded welding is that it can weld different positions in an all-round way, and has the advantages of faster welding speed and higher deposition rate.
5. Flux-cored wire arc welding
Flux-cored wire arc welding uses the burning arc between the continuously fed welding wire and the workpiece as the heat source for welding. It can be considered as a kind of melting ji gas shielded welding. Therefore, the welding wire used is flux-cored welding wire. The core of the welding wire has different components of powder. When welding, the protective gas is added. The powder is decomposed or melted by heat, which plays the role of gas making, slag making, protecting the molten pool, alloying and stabilizing the arc
6. Resistance welding
It is a welding method using resistance heat as energy source, including electroslag welding using slag resistance heat as energy source, resistance welding using solid resistance heat as energy source, resistance welding using solid resistance heat as energy source, mainly positioning welding, seam welding, projection welding and butt welding.
Resistance welding is generally a method to make the workpiece under the action of a certain electrical pressure and use the resistance heat generated when the current passes through the workpiece to melt the contact surface between the two workpieces to realize the connection. Generally, large current is used. In order to prevent electric arc on the contact surface and forge the weld metal, pressure should always be applied during welding.
