2. Power supply device
The main power circuit is composed of resistance welding transformer, thyristor unit, main power switch and welding circuit. At present, the welding equipment we use is single-phase industrial frequency AC resistance welding machine, with power of 200KVA and secondary output voltage of 20V. Due to the production of multiple series models, the welding tongs need to weld high-strength steel plate and low-carbon steel plate, and the gun arm of the welding tongs needs to transfer large mechanical force and current. Therefore, the strength, rigidity and heating of welding tongs should meet certain requirements. And it should have good conductivity and thermal conductivity. At the same time, the welding tongs should be cooled with water. Therefore, a new type of welding tongs which can bear 400kg pressure is selected.
3. Control device
The control device mainly provides signals to control the action of resistance welding machine, to connect and disconnect welding current, to control the value of welding current, and to monitor and deal with faults.
In short, compared with the traditional vibration friction welding and hot melt welding, the rotary table type ultrasonic automatic welding of automatic welding machine is faster, and the welding is usually completed in the secondary cleaning, because no flux is used, which greatly reduces the risk of pollution and improves the product quality; The automatic welding machine is suitable for mass production and automatic production environment.
