自动点焊机在使用中的作用

在自动点焊机的焊接过程中,普遍存在的问题是:焊点在焊接过程中不能熔透而产生飞溅,导致点焊机的焊接质量不佳,因此在实际应用中应注意:
In the welding process of automatic spot welding machines, a common problem is that the welding points cannot melt thoroughly and produce splashes, resulting in poor welding quality. Therefore, in practical applications, attention should be paid to:
一、焊接点没有穿透,熔核没有形成或形成不好的形成。
1、 The welding point did not penetrate, and the fusion nucleus did not form or formed poorly.
1、无渗漏,即点焊时,无“豆状”熔核排列。这个缺陷是很危险的,它会极大地改变焊接强度。
1. No leakage, that is, during spot welding, there is no "bean shaped" arrangement of molten nuclei. This defect is very dangerous as it will greatly alter the welding strength.
2、对焊接参数进行调试。若校验确认参数无问题,则需检查主电源电路,如:电源是否充足,是否损坏焊接变压器等。
2. Debug welding parameters. If the calibration confirms that the parameters are correct, it is necessary to check the main power circuit, such as whether the power supply is sufficient and whether the welding transformer is damaged.

二、自动点焊机数量过多。
2、 There are too many automatic spot welding machines.
1、检查支架与机体的绝缘电阻是否不良,是否形成局部短路。
1. Check if the insulation resistance between the bracket and the body is poor and if there is a local short circuit.
2、检查触点表面,如铜的挠性接缝,是否被严重氧化,触点电阻的形成,会加重发热。
2. Check if the contact surface, such as the flexible joints of copper, is severely oxidized, and the formation of contact resistance can exacerbate heating.
3、检查焊缝的厚度及负载的连续性是否符合要求,焊机是否过热。
3. Check whether the thickness of the weld seam and the continuity of the load meet the requirements, and whether the welding machine is overheating.
4、检查进水压力、水量和供水温度是否适当,系统是否被污物所隔开,这些污物会由于冷却不佳而导致电臂过热。
4. Check whether the inlet pressure, water volume, and water supply temperature are appropriate, and whether the system is separated by dirt, which can cause overheating of the electric arm due to poor cooling.
三、焊接时产生的意外飞溅。
3、 Unexpected spatter generated during welding.
1、检查电流是否过大或过低的压力。
1. Check if the current is too high or the pressure is too low.
2、焊接工件的强度不足:焊接电流越来越小,而且焊接现象也不强。
2. The strength of the welded workpiece is insufficient: the welding current is decreasing, and the welding phenomenon is also not strong.
