数控切割机日常使用的一些技巧

1、切割应从边缘开始;尽可能从边缘开始切割,而不要穿孔切割。采用边缘作为起始点会延长消耗件的寿命,正确的方法是将喷嘴直接对准工件边缘后再启动等离子弧。

6、尽量保持数控切割机割炬和消耗件清洁:在割炬和消耗件上的任何脏物都会大大地影响等离子系统的功能。更换消耗件时要将其放在干净的绒布上,要经常检查割炬的连接罗纹,用过氧化氢类清洁剂清洗电极接触面和喷嘴。
6. Try to keep the cutting torch and consumable parts of the CNC cutting machine clean: any dirt on the cutting torch and consumable parts will greatly affect the function of the plasma system. When replacing the consumable parts, put them on a clean flannelette, check the connection rib of the cutting torch frequently, and clean the electrode contact surface and nozzle with hydrogen peroxide detergent.
7、尽量少穿孔切割,穿孔是钢水反溅会伤及喷嘴,这是割嘴损坏的主要原因之一,如果一定要穿孔切割,在穿孔处用钻头打预钻孔,在从预钻孔处开始切割;

8、尽量在切割机额定的正常切割厚度范围内切割,尽量不要在极限切割厚度上切割,国产切割机的正常切割厚度一般是生产厂家标注的大切割厚度的60%,尽量在这个厚度范围内切割,就能保护割嘴;

9、割嘴到钢板的距离尽量保持恒定,一般在3-8mm左右,太远了不但耗电量太大,切割穿透能力力会下降,而且相对比较消耗电极,使电极使用寿命下降;太近了那更简单,非常费喷嘴,喷嘴的使用寿命会成倍的下降,甚与上去即被烧掉。
